Tadalafil is manufactured by Pharmaqo  a medication for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. The active ingredient tadalafil is a PDE-5 enzyme inhibitor, which helps to relax the muscles in the arteries of the penis allowing an increased blood flow resulting in an erection when combined with psychological or physical sexual stimulation.

Tadalafil is also used for the treatment of benign enlargement of the prostate.

How to use:

Take a single dose of Tadalafil approximately one hour before sexual activity. A single dose may be effective for up to 36 hours. Do not take more than one tablet per day.
One Tadalafil tablet should be taken with a full glass of water; it may be taken with or without food.

Warnings and Precautions:

Before using Tadalafil tell your doctor your medical history and inform him/her what medications you take including prescription, over-the-counter, and vitamin and herbal supplements. Follow your doctor’s instruction for using Tadalafil. Do not take more Tadalafil than is prescribed by your doctor. If you accidently take an overdose of Tadalafil, get immediate medical attention.

Do not stop, start or change the dosage of your medications without consulting with your doctor.
Tadalafil is a prescription medication to be used by men 18 years of age and older. Tadalafil is not intended for use by women, children, and teenage males under 18 years of age. If you take any medications that contain nitrates do not use Tadalafil. If you take alpha blockers or other medications for erectile dysfunction, do not use Tadalafil.
